Shipping Policy: At Beejboo, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time across India. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 working days after successful order confirmation and payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipping and tracking details through your registered email address, phone number, or WhatsApp, where applicable. After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 2–5 working days in metro and major cities and 4–7 working days in other locations, while deliveries to remote or non-serviceable areas may require additional time depending on courier availability. These delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, transportation or logistics issues, courier delays, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase, and Beejboo may offer free shipping on selected products or orders above a specified value as mentioned on the website from time to time. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including their full name, house/flat/building number, street or area, city, state, PIN code, and valid contact number. Beejboo will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address or contact information provided by the customer. If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible; however, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been dispatched. In case a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the package, multiple failed delivery attempts, or incorrect contact information, the customer may be contacted regarding re-delivery and additional shipping charges may apply where applicable. If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, tampered with, or visibly compromised, we recommend taking photographs or videos of the package before opening it and recording an unboxing video wherever possible. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photographs or videos so that we can investigate the issue with our courier partner and provide an appropriate resolution. Delivery may be confirmed through the courier partner's tracking system, OTP verification, signature, or other delivery confirmation methods used by the logistics provider. Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier partner, any delivery-related issue should be reported to us promptly so that we can investigate it with the courier company.
